How long are the delivery times?

For UAE order delivery time is 2-3 days and for Oman it may take 3-6 days depending on area.

Will I get free delivery if I order certain amount?

Yes, in UAE AED 99 orders are delivered free of cost. In Oman order value RO 20 are delivered free.

Which courier company do you work with?

We've partnered with different couriers to offer you the best services across the region.
The courier company delivering your orders in UAE it is Aramex and OCS. We use Mandoob for Aramex and Mandoob services in Oman and Aramex in Bahrain.

Can I change my delivery time?

Yes, you can change your delivery time by contacting the relevent delivery courier in your country and providing them with your preferred delivery time.

Can someone else receive the order on my behalf?

Yes, another person can receive your order on your behalf at the address specified on your order (for example, the receptionist at your office). To do so they must show our delivery partner a valid ID of their own (Passport or Emirates ID). In case of cash-on-delivery, please make sure to keep cash ready with the receiving person.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Kindly note that the deducted amount will be refunded to your account within 14 working days.

In case you did not get your refund back after 14 working days, please contact your bank.

What is the Exchange & Refund process?

We will be happy to exchange or refund any item(s) as long as they are returned in an unused condition and in their original packaging within 15 days of receiving your order with a copy of the Invoice.

Note: In accordance with global retail industry standards, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of products in the following categories: underwear, lingerie, fragrances or other products which are personalized to your order.


In the case of faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods, we may offer you a substitute or replacement product or we will give you a full refund through the possible means, including any delivery charges you paid for (if any). In any case you must return the faulty, damaged or incorrect products to us as soon as possible in the same condition as supplied.
